FCMS’ business days of operation are Monday through Saturday. FCMS’ office hours are 8:00AM to 5:30PM, Monday thru Friday. FCMS requires you to fill out this Account Setup Form with your billing information as well as your acceptance of this Service Agreement prior to placing any orders for products or services. Orders can be placed with online order form via fax or email 24 hours a day, or you can call in your order during office hours to our customer service department at 480-962-5000. All orders requesting “Standard Installation” have a cut off time for order processing of 4:30PM. All orders requesting “Next Day Installation” have a cut off time for order processing of 2:30PM. Please allow 2-3 business days for the “Standard Installation” of posts, lockboxes, flyer boxes or tubes, exterior photos, and other products or services that don't require access to the interior of the home. Please allow 4-5 business days for Interior Photos and/or Virtual Tours dated from the day that FCMS accesses the home. When Interior Photos and/or Virtual Tours are ordered, FCMS asks for your cooperation in enabling the soonest available appointment with your clients to access the home to take the necessary photos. FCMS is not responsible for any code violations. You are responsible to check each county, city and/or Home Owner Association CC&Rs, for applicable sign restrictions and regulations for yard signs, lead in signs and wall hangers. FCMS’ installers will use their best judgment as to where to install the post unless you specify and clearly mark a location for the installation. An additional charge will apply if another trip to the home is necessary to move and reinstall the post. You agree to assume all responsibility for any posts that are stolen, lost or damaged. This applies to all other products or materials provided by FCMS, such as; lockboxes, brochure boxes, sign frames, etc. FCMS will pick up and store your signs for you at no extra charge, or you may leave the signs at the property to be hung by the FCMS installer. FCMS assumes responsibility for any yard signs lost or damaged while in FCMS’ possession, but FCMS will not be responsible for any stolen, lost, or damage to signs and/or sign riders after installation is completed. You agree that you will be responsible for damage to underground utilities unless they are marked prior to the installation of the post by FCMS. FCMS will repair damage to sprinkler and/or drip systems as a result of installation of the post. Occasionally, severe weather conditions, such as heavy rain, may cause difficulty or delay in installing your post. In such an instance, FCMS will contact you by phone and/or email, if FCMS is unable to install your post in a timely manner due to flooding or other adverse weather conditions. You understand that you must contact FCMS to uninstall post unless specific post removal instructions are given at the time of placing the order. FCMS asks that you allow 3-5 business days for the removal of posts and any other FCMS products. Either party upon thirty (30) days written notice with or without cause may cancel this agreement. In this event, FCMS may, at its sole discretion, recover all posts and property of FCMS anytime within those thirty (30) days of event of termination. FCMS will only issue refunds for cancelled orders when the products and/or services ordered have not yet been installed, printed, or posted online, etc. FCMS’ Service Agreement has been revised and updated as of 02/27/07.
