FCMS' Products & Services are rented in 120 day increments. Virtual Tours are the exception to this rule and are hosted on our server 12 months. |

Can I renew my order before the 120 days rental period expires? |

Absolutely! You will be contacted by FCMS 5-10 days prior to the expiration of you order. At that time you may choose to have your order renewed. If you choose to renew your order, FCMS will charge your credit card the renewal fee for your order. Renewal fees (for an additional 120 days) are as follows: $10.00 Posts and $14.99 MLS Lock Boxes. If no renewal arrangements are made, once expired your order your post will be removed within 3-5 days. |

When you are filling out the order form, you have the option to check the automatic renewal box. Doing so means that your order will automatic renew every 120 days and your credit card will be billed the renewal rate for each additional 120 day period unitl such time as you contact FCMS to cancel your order. |

Can I order FCMS marketing products and services a la carte? |

What can you tell me about your next day post installation guarantee? |
A: |
For a small charge, FCMS will guarantee next business day post order installations received prior to 2:00pm the previous business day. Sign orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be installed Tuesday. FCMS' Next Day Post Installation Guarantee states that if FCMS is unable to install the post the next day, FCMS will refund 50% of the Post rental charge to the client. |

FCMS’ experienced installers will use their best judgment to ensure the maximum exposure to your sign, unless an alternate location has been specified on the order form. |

Given FCMS' standard 2-3 day installation commitment, it simply is not possible for FCMS to research the location of underground utilities for all each of our customers orders on a daily basis. Therefore it is up to you, the client to research this and to specify a location if you feel this is a concern. On your order form, you should indicate how you marked that location. Any specific location must marked prior to day of install, and the marker must be clearly visible from the street. |

Again, given FCMS' standard 2-3 day installation commitment, it simply is not possible for FCMS to research the rules, codes, and regulations regarding the placement of sign posts, wall handers, etc. Therefore it is up to you the client, to be aware of any such regulations. To aviod any issues about misplacement of a sign post, you may wish to mark the exact location for our installer if you feel this is a concern. On your order form, you should indicate how you marked that location. Any specific location must marked prior to day of install, and the marker must be clearly visible from the street. |

Because of the vast standard coverage area and the mounting cost of fuel, FCMS charges an extra $2.50 per order to offset these expenses as a necessity to maintain our extensive standard service area. FCMS will store our client’s yard signs at no additional charge. FCMS will also store name riders at no additional charge. In order to keep warehousing costs down we can not store other riders but we will be provide them for you for a small fee. |

FCMS will remove the post and accessories after the order period expires unless a renewal request has been made or a removal request is received by fax or email. Please allow 3-5 business days for the removal. |
